Welcome to Noomad, operated by Etnograf Research Consultancy and Private Health Services Ltd. (“Etnograf”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By signing up or using Noomad, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

You may use Noomad only for lawful and intended purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or misuse any part of the App or its content.
Etnograf grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal and research-related purposes only.

2. User Content

You may share text, images, or responses (“User Content”) through the App’s journeys or experiences.
You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it is accurate, lawful, respectful, and free from third-party rights violations.
Etnograf does not monitor content but may remove anything deemed harmful or unlawful.

3. Privacy

Your use of Noomad is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using Noomad, you consent to the processing of your data as described there.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content in Noomad belong to Etnograf or its licensors.
You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App and all its features are provided “as is.” Etnograf shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or data issues arising from your use or inability to use the App, except where required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
After termination, your right to use Noomad immediately ends.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective once posted in the App.
Continued use of Noomad means you accept the revised Terms.
